It’s time to start thinking about our next can release! Coming up on Friday the 13th no less is this scary good and drinkable blend of traditional meets experimental. Inspired by salted caramels, we started with a malty, low bitterness German-style Doppelbock. We added a touch of caramel to boost the flavor and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt for some balancing salinity. This beer ain’t a sugar bomb, but other than that represents one of our favorite treats quite well. See you on the 13th and then double back for more!
